How much does event production cost in Glasgow?
Event production costs depend on the venue, audience size, running order, equipment and crew required.
As a guide, many of the awards nights we produce are in the £3,000-£5,000 range. Smaller awards ceremonies can sometimes be delivered from just over £1,500, while larger productions with more extensive AV, staging, lighting, LED walls or screens and technical support can be significantly higher. We have delivered major event production projects up to around £28,000.
If your budget is below £1,500, we may not be the right fit. If you are planning a professional awards night, conference, gala dinner or corporate event, send us the details, and we will recommend a sensible setup.
Do you provide both AV hire and event production?
Yes. We can provide individual AV hire items such as PA systems, screens, microphones and lighting, or we can manage the full technical production for your event.
Some clients know exactly what they need. Others need help working out the right setup. Either way, we will give clear advice and build the production around your event, venue, audience and budget.
Can you support corporate conferences?
Yes. We regularly support conferences with sound, screens, staging, lighting, microphones, presentation systems, technicians and event management support. Many of our conferences are hybrid, and we provide full secure streaming facilities with multi-camera mixing.
Do you provide award ceremony production?
Yes. We can provide AV production for award ceremonies, including sound, lighting, screens, stage setup, microphones, video playback, host support, walk-up music, custom ‘Oscars’ style graphics and technical operation. We’ll even help you book singers, dancers, bands and other entertainers at no extra charge.
